HELP!
Do your feet grow in pregnancy? My boyfriend says they look swelled but they don’t to me they do how ever look bigger and my shoes feel tighter? I’m 8w3d
Also I am looking for advice on healthy foods to eat and exercise (I’ve never exercised before and I have mild cerebral palsy) so something easy please!
