I decided to try using tampons for the first time! I’ve had periods for ten years. Raised by a single dad, I was kind of scared (and forbidden) to use them as a teen. I decided to try them because my main form of transportation is via bicycle and I’ve had frequent issues with leaking (using pads).

I was curious to know if anyone had recommendations or advice concerning the use of tampons (other than the obvious (don’t leave it in too long, etc.)). I really appreciate it :)
