Endo Belly bloat

Can anyone give me advice on endometriosis bloating. It is the most uncomfortable and heart breaking thing. I am a pretty small person, and the bloating I experience is not just huge, but also incredibly painful (the pressure is immense). It is exhausting. My GYN hasn’t agreed to surgery yet, but she has suggested endo is the cause. Is there anything that has helped y’all with Endo Belly? I will do ANYTHING at this point.
