I’ve tried since 4 weeks old and she is now 3 months old and won’t take a bottle at all🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I introduced the bottle to my LO at 2 days old because it hurt so bad for her to feed from the breast (terrible latch) She was on the bottle for about 24 hours exclusively once my milk came in and was super engorged to give my poor nipples a break. We fixed our latch and haven’t had problems since, and we have not had any nipple confusion either. She prefers the breast but will take a bottle just fine.

I clicked 1-2 months on the poll but it was actually in the first weeks. No nipple confusion. I was glad I introduced it early because it allowed me to have a break while others fed her and go out without her. Seeing friends who left it until a few months to introduce it it was much harder and baby point blank refused to take bottles so they couldn’t do anything without them in tow.

Six weeks. I did not really want to introduce a bottle since I'm home all day, I had plans to wait a little while longer. However, my husband wanted to feed her and I really could use the break. We started out just with one bottle per day. When she turned three months, we increased it to two bottles per day. At four months, it was three bottles per day. By five months, almost all her feedings were by bottle, which I did not plan to happen.

The first week. I was so engorged when my milk came in and even though she was eating regularly she didn't empty me so I was uncomfortable and pumped some so my husband could feed her or I could store some. She, actually both my kids, never had nipple confusion. I nursed my first for 7 months and used bottles sometimes, and my second went for 10 months, same use of bottles.
