Roasted all the way!! Any kind of potatoes are good but I like sweet potatoes best—cut into fingerlings, coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in oven at 400-425 until golden/crispy.

If I bake fries I looove to dip in sour cream mixed with season all! 
Baked potato with chives, cheese, butter, salt, sour cream, bacon...

Red potatoes with some balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil and roast in the oven. I usually cut them skinny so they can get really crispy!

Cut up some red potatoes into small pieces and throw them in a glass pan with a little bit of olive at the bottom. Then put some Lipton onion mix on them. After cooking I put sour cream and ketchup. Try it once you'll understand where I'm coming from. Their delish!
