How can I boost my energy at 22 weeks?
I have been waking up multiple times per night ever since first trimester but never had a problem falling back asleep until last week. Now when I wake up at 4am, my mind feels alert even though my body wants sleep. As a result I feel way more fatigue and wonder how to boost my energy. I’m going to try a gym workout this evening to encourage a longer sleep. Any other recommendations?
