Heating pad ?

20 weeks pregnant back has been killing me is a heating pad safe ? Maybe 15 minutes

Yes it’s safe they just don’t want your body temp to go up and it doesn’t with a heating pad I just don’t put it above low and don’t sleep with it

I put one on my middle and upper back in a medium setting for about 15 min and all is well. I just don’t turn it on high and I don’t put it on my lower back. I take a 20 min break before putting it back on again.
