What does this mean?

40 week appt. I wanna have this baby now. At 39+3 I was closed

Answer

Station 3 means baby hasn’t dropped yet.  Stations go from 3 to 0 to -3.  
Cervix posterior means it is still far back and hasn’t moved into laboring position.  
Cervix 1.1cm is how far dilated you are (about a finger tip).  
Basically it means when those measurements were taken you weren’t near labor.  I’m in the same boat as you, sadly!
