Lately i have been having tooth pain and eAR pain and also a sore throat . at nights its worse and i hardly get any sleep 😥 i think i have a tooth infection wonder if antobotics are safe ?

Also i am now 6 weeks and still feeling nothing !I try not to freak as much because i see others are the same way, but from reading a few articles i see it usually kicks in at 6 weeks... I mean i dont even have sore breast 😭this just has me completely worried because my misscariage i had no symptoms and healthy pregnancies i was sick right away
