I live in Charleston 10 minutes from the coast! I have 2 cats, no vehicle and nowhere to go. I guess "I'm riding it out."

I would not recommend this if you’re near the coast and your town has issued an evacuation. You really should figure out how to get you and your cats to safety and ride it out elsewhere.

They have helplines to call for transportation! Don’t stay if you can get out.

I live in NC, three hours from the coast, so I’ll probably have a lot of rain and some wind. Hopefully that’s all

How are you stuck w no car? How do you go anywhere? Can you rent a car or call someone? And arent you under mandatory evacuation?

I am. I pray my family and i don’t have to evacuate I’m leaving it in God’s hands 🙌🏾

My In laws and long time friends are in Charleston/around there. I’ve been texting them to keep in contact with one of us (me or my husband). None of them evacuated so now we’re just waiting it out

My family is in Wilmington NC. And they are only going about 30 minutes inland.. I wish they would go farther. Hopefully everything will turn out ok!
