Pulling hair

So me and hubby play fight all the time but he started to pull hair.. the other day I was mad at him, he grabbed me by my hair and told me he wouldn’t let go until I said I wasn’t mad anymore. I did just so he would let go.. he said he was just playing but I feel like that’s abuse.. Am I being dramatic or is that abuse..playing or not (this has happened twice) please no rude comments
