Does anyone know what teas are safe to drink while pregnant? I have a cold and I just want a cup of tea. 😩 But I have read conflicting information on the safety of teas while pregnant. Please tell me there’s at least one I can definitely drink safely.

Honey, Lemon and hot water. Best remedy for sore throats and that’s all I drink when I’m sick and like warm water not to cold not to hot when you’re not wanting hot water

I am 16 weeks pregnant and had a cold 2 weeks ago and drank twinings English breakfast tea , the caffeine is low enough that you can drink 2 cups before you are even close to what normal coffee is (and its ok to drink coffee just limited) you can also look up how much caffeine is in different brands of tea

I drink tea all the time , all kinds.
As long as you don’t exceed the limit you’re okay. 
Pretty sure it makes my baby hyper though lol

Starbucks has a tea Called medicine ball.. it helped me so much.

Avoid teas with hibiscus (for example, the passion tea from Starbucks) as hibiscus can cue contractions and possibly early labour

My doctor says tea is fine. Just don't forget to drink plenty of water too. I've been alternating between English breakfast, peppermint and green.

Peppermint tea is caffeine free:) You can drink any tea as long as you don’t exceed you caffeine intake for the day
