Advice anyone?

So my boyfriend is just not the one. I thought he was but his actions have shown me different. He does things like cheat, hit me, purposely hurt me, control me, etc. Any ideas on how to leave him? I have no car but i can get a ride. He is out of town at work rn and lives with his parents and i usually stay with him when he’s home but i live with my grandma(which is where i am now). He comes home in a few days. I have a bunch of my things over there. I’m not in a rush to leave him i’m just in a rush to be happy.
