femara/trigger shot/preSeed/fertileCM help plz

so were almost out of 2ww know its prob a bust. they did the 7dpo progesterone test finally 4th

IUI

cycle. it came back 6.8 which they said was good but low. so theyve decided they wanted us to do the femara 2.5 mg and u/s 14 days and then ovidrel shot. so this is gonna be the 1st round with all these and just want to know success stories and your thoughts advice etc. also, we dont get much egg white cm when she does get it which is every other cycle. I've seen there is a few things like fertilecm I was wondering if I can mix this with the things their doing or if it has helped anyone or advice on how to provide more and good egg white cm.. I appreciate any help and advice thank you in advance
