Hi Ladies!!

I had my newborn photoshoot done about a week after our daughter Sloane was born in August. During the shoot she wasn’t happy and screamed and cried for a lot of time. I just got the photos back after waiting 3 weeks and paying $400 for them and I am heartbroken over how bad they are. We used the same photographer for our engagement, wedding, and maternity so I know she does quality work. But these photos are no where near professional quality and I’m conflicted. We paid a lot of money for them so I feel like they should look a lot better than they do. On the other hand our photographer spent an extra hour with us trying to get Sloane to pose. So the photos are probably the best she could do. I don’t want to sound ungrateful for the photos, I’m just disappointed in how they turned out. What would you guys do? Would you ask the photographer for a reshoot, or just thank her for her time? Any advice is appreciated since I don’t know if I’m overreacting or not. Thanks!!
