Egg donation

Has anyone donated their eggs? I’m seriously considering doing it. I sent my information to a fertility clinic and I’m waiting to hear back. I’d love to give a family a chance to have kids whether it be due to infertility or because they are a same sex couple. Also the financial benefits would get me out of debt which is huge since my boyfriend and I are planning on getting married and buying a house and having kids of our own in the next few years and being debt free going into all that would be so helpful. I know it’s not the most comfortable process but is it worth it? Worth knowing your giving so much to a family as well as making a great financial decision for yourself and your own family? Any information is appreciated!! I’ve been researching a lot and really want to go through with it if I am accepted
