Depends on what you define as a date, because if it’s just you and your man going out for fast food and just to spend time with each other then we did that last night. We do this extremely often, probably about 3-4 times a week on average. We will get into the car, drive to wherever we are feeling food from, order something then drive around eat, talk and make each other laugh. 
If you mean those planned dates where we dress up, go out to eat (dine in), go to the movies, etc., then it’s been a good minute. I’d say we haven’t been on one of those in months. lol. 
We like our special talks and laughs over fast food. lol. Although, special planned dates are super nice too every once in a while.

Not since we had the baby in early July, but we really like being home together. We have home date nights frequently - homecooked meal, movie, maybe a glass of wine or a beer. It’s great!
