Possibility

Hey there, I was wondering if any of you fellow parents have had any custody battles yet? My ex that was super abusive to me separated the first week of July due to the abuse. At the time my son was only 2 weeks old. For an entire week he had no interest in seeing him and when he told me he was going to take my child I cut ties all together because due to other factors he’s unstable altogether. The following day he told me he was getting a lawyer. Never got papers or anything in the mail about him seeing my child but apparently his lawyer was having him message me everyday about seeing him. Two weeks ago I had the final hearing to get my emergency protection order against him permanent and his lawyer made a comment to mine about how they are getting stuff together to come after me for my son. Everyone I’ve asked about it said it was probably just to scare me so i would drop the protection order and the charges against him for violating it. My son is 3 months old now. There are two more hearings in December for him violating the order. I’m your experience what are the chances of him coming after me still if it’s been three months and I haven’t gotten anything. Like how good is the chance if it’s been three months and still nothing? I just like to make sure I’m prepared for anything and everything. Thanks in advance!
