Another laparoscopic surgery for my Endometriosis! I had excision surgery today to remove a large Endometrioma from my left ovary, along with the Endometriosis located on my uterus. Doctor also had to release my ovaries which were being held down by adhesions & repeated another HSG to ensure tubes were open.

Do any of you Ladies have any success stories dealing with severe Endometriosis and getting pregnant after having excision or ablation surgery? All stories are greatly appreciated!
