800mg of folic acid / folate is a must. The vitamins with “folate” are an even better form of it as it is naturally occurring and your body doesn’t have to turn it into folate.

I specifically avoid iron in my prenatals. It makes my constipation worse and I have no medical need for extra iron. I love the gummies.
