TIPS & ADVICE PLEASE

I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant with twin boys. I was a little curvy before I got pregnant and had some stomach fat. Now the babies are towards the top of my stomach and the bottom is just excess skin. Is there a way to tighten or tone my lower stomach to make it easier for me to tighten after the boys arrive in December? Also looking for tips on ways to stay healthy during the last half of the pregnancy and what you ladies did after you had your baby to get your body healthy again? I just want to get motivated and prepare for them! I want to be the best mom I can be! All your advice is welcome!!
