Just read 😫so confused

Ok so I been tracking my ovulation and I got nothing but negatives but finally I got a positive on the first and another one on the 3rd (circled in green) so in my head I'm like ok maybe I got a positive on the first and ovulated 36 hours later and that why I got a positive on the 3rd .....My cycles are 39 days long on cycle day 39 (September 4th ) I period didn't came so km like yayyyy no period a week after still no period so I test for hcg it the test was very very very faint so I choose to retest in another week which is the week coming up but after I test for hcg I kept testing for Lh because I seen alot of women testing ovulation and pregnancy and now my ovulation test are looking positive or very close to it and before this miss period I had a period every month...is anyone else going through this ? Could I be pregnant and getting a faint positive and strong Lh results?.... And right now I'm only cramping but it comes n goes

Note:the first 9-12-18 was negative and the last one I took at 10:50 n that was positive
