IUI cramps 😩

So I’m almost a week past first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, I had 4 very Mature Eggs on right side, now I’m starting to get these mild like cramps only on the right? & dizziness. & my trigger is almost gone already I tested last night & it was barely there. Has anyone gotten similar or different symptoms before Bfp ??!
