Hey Ladies,

Trying for #2 and after four miscarriages we found out I have one copy of the MTHFR mutation, but other than that everything checked out clear for bloodwork. I also had a hysteroscopy and everything was clear and fine.

Our next step is either a medicated cycle or trying on our own.

Please let me know any success stories/complications with Clomid or Letrozole. We are trying to decide which one to do, if any at all?

From what I’m reading it sounds like Letrozole has Less side effects and is used after Clomid has failed for women.

Please help!!
