Late period negative test. Any advice?

So the first day of my last period was August 12th. I usually have a 28 (or less) day cycle. Only twice have I done a 30 day cycle. I still haven't started. I'm on day 33 of my cycle. Two negative pregnancy tests. I'm having lots of lower back pain and what feels like period cramps in the front. Thick white discharge and I'm tired. Does it sound like a UTI causing a late period or just Aunt Flow being stubborn and not starting yet?
