Period/cycle question

Hi ladies good morning!

I am posting up the list view of my most recent periods ( I just started on this app not too long ago) my question is, am I considered irregular? My cycles are longer than average and I’m currently 4 days late. Should I go based off of GLOW (as far as thinking I’m late) or am I not yet late? I probably worded this wrong, it’s just very confusing! Thank you!
