Healthy pregnancy!!!

So I’m almost 5 weeks. I’m currently 175 and if I gain the normal 25 I’ll be about 200- I’m not really okay with that because I’m already not happy with my body.

I really want to lose weight... but obviously in a very healthy way since I am pregnant. All in all, I want to have a very healthy pregnancy and be as happy with my body as I can.. during and after pregnancy.

Does anyone have any healthy tips or good references?
