BC suggestions?

Any suggestions on hormone free birth control? We get pregnant super easily (one term pregnancy and two we lost all while doing tracking and such) so I don’t want to do anything like tracking temperature or cycles. It could be I don’t ovulate when we thought but who knows. Anyway, I was thinking of something like an IUD? I hear horror stories about it slipping and causing damage - is that really that common? I hate messing with my hormones because I already have 2 hormone disorders and it throws me out of wack so bad to take hormonal BC as I’ve tried 3 already 😐
