TTC with baby #2 after nexplanon.

I got my nexplanon out this past Monday (September 10th). How long did it take for AF to come back? I only had spotting here and there while on it for a year and 5 months. My doctor said it could take less than a month. But we tried 3 years to have our first child (less than 2 years ago). Did anyone get pregnant before having a period? I feel like I’m excited and it will happen fast knowing I’m going to be let down in the end more than likely. Thank you for any insight!
