This constipation is killer 😩

When I had my daughter I suffered from constipation from the first trimester all the way up until 6 months postpartum! Finally I got some relief! I’m now 9 weeks with baby #2 and experiencing the same thing it hurts so bad :( anybody have any tips? Is dulcolax safe to take? I am ready for this to end!
