Ttc question

So I'm very new to this app and am very curious about a few things.. Does smoking lower your chances of getting pregnant? And the other one is.. I had sex with my husband 2 days ago and yesterday I got cramps on my left side but this says I don't ovulate for 3 more days so did I ovulate or what?
