If you want to be real literally anything can “be a sign” everyone has so many differences tho. But nothing will truly tell you you’re pregnant except a test. Honestly I’d say you’re likely just dehydrated. Yes, this can happen during pregnancy but it also happens to non pregnant women every day as well.

that was one of my first symptoms last cycle. we got pregnant, but it ended in a chemical. But, that was the first thing I noticed at around 4-6dpo I couldn't stop drinking water.

I’m not a huge drinker, can literally go hours without drinking. Since 3DPO I’ve been guzzling , and I’m 9dpp.. my thirst is so strong now that when I try and do a hold to test, I can’t even because I can’t hold my pee from drinking so much
