Is it too late to tell a guy I do have feelings for him now that I just moved across the world?

We met once before I moved and I said I didn't think the time was right, but it was a lie because I didn't want to get hurt

He confessed he still liked me some days ago,he said he still got feelings for me (we hadn't spoken in a while) I tried to conceal what I really feel for him, should I come clean? Or is it too late?
