I had that but about double the size when I lost my last pregnancy in July I was only a few weeks.
Also had pain in my left side 
Really bad back pain and after it passed I was super drained and fell asleep in afternoon and slept for over 14 hours still felt drained after. 
I usually never sleep in day and get 6 to 8 hours at night.
