Makena injections

I went to my high risk doctor last week and had my cervix and baby checked over. All was well. My nurse called from my OBGYN office today and said they all discussed my info and have decided I’ll be starting Makena injections next week at 16wks until 36wks to steer clear from preterm labor . I love we have a whole team and we’re covering all bases .

Has anyone else had experience with Makena Shots ??
