I’ve been off birth control now for 2 years (I had a hormonal IUD). So we’ve pretty much been trying/not trying since then, thinking it would happen on its own.

A couple of months ago I broke down and bought ovulation strips. Still nothing even close to a positive pregnancy test.

I’ve had bloodwork and ultrasounds to test for endometriosis and PCOS, and despite some small cysts, my hormones etc. are normal.

I guess in the back of my mind I had a feeling our TTC journey would be a difficult one. It just sucks that it seems to be coming true.
