So I had my 20 week anatomy scan yesterday and she asked if I was feeling pressure down below?? I said “well I just associated them as getting fat, gaining weight”. We laughed then she said the dr will have to talk to you etc. So the dr comes in and tells me I am having contractions I need to try and pay attention to them closely. In addition to that the baby’s heartbeat is irregular. Can anyone relate or have gone through something similar. Today has been very painful. Now I don’t know if it’s a contraction or cramps not to worry about. I’m already high risk and getting weekly Makena injections to prevent another pre term birth.
