Milk bumps or rash?

My 1 month old has developed bumps on her skin. What could these be? Trying to decide whether to take her to the doc or not :)

My daughter had bumps on her face and I used aquaphor and it cleared it up pretty quick. It was only on her face so not sure if this is the same kind of thing.

Take her to be safe,  my little girl got heat rash a lot on her cheek and shoulders for some reason but looked kind of similar to this. I checked with my health visitor to be sure
