Morning Sickness - when did it start for you?

I’m 6 weeks and boom - its started. Omg I feel so unwell today. How far along were you when it started? What did you find helped the most? I’m hungry as but the thought of food makes me feel sick too 😩

I haven’t actually vomited yet. I’m 6 weeks and 5 days. I do get very nauseated at night. I’m terrified to do medicine because I haven’t been to my first appointment yet so I don’t know what’s safe for the baby. So I found a non pharmacologic way to control it and it’s worked great for me. They are called sea-bands. You can get them at Walgreens, CVS, even Amazon. It’s these elastic wrists bands that apply pressure to a pressure point that controls nausea. I make fun of my friend for doing weird non medical remedies for every little thing but this really does work and I’ll wear them every day if I have to.

4w6d for me 🤢 I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow. 
What helps me is forcing myself to eat. I have crackers on my nightstand and I eat a handful first thing in the morning. I usually can stomach just crackers until about 3:30 in the afternoon and then I try to eat something substantial (some days literally all I eat is crackers). Whenever I start to feel even a little nauseous I grab a handful of crackers and shovel them down and that usually takes the edge off. 
I miss real food but days I’m not dry heaving for no reason are good days lol apparently my cabinets have a smell that I didn’t know they had until I got pregnant 😂 
Feeling sick 24/7 sucks but it’s so worth it!

Mine happened even before my pregnancy test turned positive it kept saying negative but I was sick to my stomach 2 weeks later surly I’m prego now I’m 6 weeks dying of this 24-7 sickness and sadly no meds help

Ask your doc for Diclectin!! Life saver! 
Also, I use the ginger gravol pills + lozenges and Sea bands to help with the nausea!
Sometimes just getting sick will help you feel better in the end :(

I started at 4 weeks. It was really bad for a few days and then subsided until today.

With my first it was about 4w3d and i did not stop vomiting until I gave birth. It was a nightmare, she’s so worth it though (so much, I’m doing it again!) not sick yet this time I’m 4w1d
