I had a 2 day heavy period with clots in the first day snd then I think it stopped idk if its gonna come back tho

Idk whats going on I’m in so much stress like I just can’t , I’m s virign i o my did rubbing with a partner , but no vaginal contact and he didn’t finger me nothing has been up my vag ever ! He rubbed it on my bum and ig was trying to do anal but I told him no he never came I’m scared that what if he pre came a little and it dropped down .... I was touching it the whole time and it was dry I’m confused .... I had a 5 day period afterwards and took a test 34 days after it happened it was negative, and this is my second period since then it’s heavy and had like quarter sized clots and maybe it stopped idk
