I would call my dr office but they are closed and do not have a line to call during the night and my closest er is almost an hour away.

I’ve hardly been bleeding since I got home from the hospital. I’ll bleed a little more if I’m up doing activity but the last week especially ill hardly have anything on my pad when I check. Almost two hours ago I passed a medium-large sized clot in the toilet and have been bright red bleeding since with some other smaller clots. I haven’t done any activity today. I wouldn’t say I’m soaking a pad within an hour but I’m having way more blood than normal. Do I just keep an eye on it? Is this normal? Or should I go to the er?
