I took Robitussin DM i think, i cant remeber for sure which one but its alcohol free and phenylephrine free, i always would ask your doctor first though

Honey and lemon for a scratchy throat. and salt gargles for a soar throat. I feel you! been sick all week! and tomorrow is my baby shower

I’m still dealing with a cough/cold. Up your vitamin C by a good bit. And I swear by garlic pills. You can get them at Walmart for cheap, and they don’t smell either. And if it’s in your sinuses use a Neti pot type rinse. All those I find really help.
