1.does your temp usually stay high after ovulation?
2. what high temp # indicates that ovulation as occurred?
I got a positive opk last night and n even much darker one this morning. n woke up with slight cramps in my left area on an off so am confident am about to ovulate soon enough n I just want to confirm. am gonna check tomorrow morning...
