I started on Yaz due to PCOS. Been off and on it since I was 19, but got the Mirena in 2016. No real issues until 2016 (almost a decade on Yaz) when i just had breakthrough bleed after breakthrough bleed. Finally bled heavily for a month and it took 3 rounds of medroxyprogesterone to stop it and got the Mirena put in a week later. I just hated having to take it at the exact same time every day or I would bleed.

Was on so many generic versions for nearly a decade. Absolutely no complaints, beyond the fact that I got tired of taking a pill every day 🤷🏻‍♀️
