Has anyone dealt with this rash on their babies face? What is good for it?

Looks like baby acne and excema or heat rash. Make sure baby isn’t being overwrapped at night. If you’re breastfeeding, putting breastmilk on the face can help. I also used a balm for excema on my daughter and it helped! They also make stuff for the bath.

This was my poor little guy in the hospital. His eyes were basically swollen shut and he had “baby acne” literally everywhere. It was super bad, but it ended up going away on it’s on. I’ve notice his skin is pretty sensitive and it comes back very easily. But it does just go away with time

I used aquaphor for babies on my 5wk old & her face cleared up

Looks like baby acne just leave it wash with just water soap could irritate it my daughter has it really bad I tried everything that was suggested nothing worked except leaving it be and a tiny bit of Aveeno unscented moisturizer

Yes! I’m having the same issue right now. Our pediatrician said to use aquaphor then a clean wash cloth and wipe it off to exfoliate. Then to use 1% hydrocortisone cream on it (only on the forehead not near the eyes) and it has really dried up. 
Now we are dealing with dry skin but it’s all healing.
