help me eat healthier please
I am 17 weeks pregnant and ate SUPER healthy up until now. I've been craving things like burgers, cakes, cheesecake, cheese fries, and sour candy. I've caved in to those cravings HARD. I got one of those huge assorted flavored cheesecakes this week and ate the entire thing. im realizing this is a problem and I'm going to start eating healthier RIGHT NOW. could you help me with some ideas of healthy things to buy from the grocery store. im on a budget. much appreciated
