I used the diva for 3 years. I loved it but its not good if you have a low cervix or a sensitive bladder. I just switched to lunette 2 periods ago and i love it way more then the diva cup. Its a bit smaller and softer.

I started the diva cup last cycle; it can be a little painful to insert or remove if you do it wrong, though, so follow the instructions
