What is going on

I just finished my period 5-6 days ago and I have been having cramps I checked this morning and I HAVE BLOOD ON MY UNDERWEAR, it's not a lot but it's not little. I'm so irritated because my cramps are getting bad I honestly can't believe this 😩 is this normal? It has never happened before.
