Ovulation/Period

Quick back story:

We’ve been trying for about 16 months now & have been seeing a specialist for about 5 months. We’re finally getting on the right track & I started taking femara 1 month ago, I’m on my second cycle of it currently. I have pcos, & a hyperthyroid. My cycles used to be 47 days & they’ve finally gotten down to 30-35 days.

Last doctor visit, my doc was able to tell me the exact day I ovulated, then a week later I got my AF.

Is starting your AF a week after ovulating normal?? Or no & I should talk to my doctor about it?? TIA!☺️
