Isn’t it crazy that every month we feel “symptoms” of pregnancy??? This is really getting on my nerves!

Answer

It’s bc every month your hormones surge and after ovulation you make progesterone to prepare for a baby. Progesterone can create pregnancy like symptoms. Heartburn/nausea/bloat/sore boobs. I’ve noticed the months that I’m not pregnant those symptoms subside right before AF but if I am pregnant they get worse. That’s why symptoms before missed AF really aren’t a good indicator bc they are more so a side effect of your normal cycle hormones.
